Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the goods unworn and undamaged with all labels attached within 14 days.
For refunds please enter the customers account area (login) and request a return authorisation (RMA - Return Manufacturer Authorisation). Please enter the product details that you wish to return and the reason. The administrator will contact you once your return has been reviewed and approved. Please then return the product with the RMA number to our returns address.
If the goods are lost in transit to us we cannot be held responsible. Please note that SplashSplash.com cannot pay for the cost of the return postage.
Complaints
If for any reason our customer service has not met your expectations we would like to hear about it. Please send full details of your complaint to our Customer Care Manager (customercare@splashsplash.com).
